1.1. The website https://2x.energy/ (hereinafter – the “Site”) is owned and administered by the charitable organization 2xEnergy MTÜ, incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia (hereinafter – the “Foundation”).

1.2. The use of the Site is governed by this Disclaimer, the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

1.3. By using the Site or making a donation, the User confirms that they have read and agree to the above-mentioned documents.

2. Nature of Activities and No Financial Services

2.1. The Foundation is a non-profit organization and conducts exclusively charitable activities.

2.2. The Foundation is not:

  • a payment institution;
  • an investment company;
  • a provider of financial or cryptocurrency services.

2.3. Any funds transferred through the Site constitute voluntary donations and do not create any entitlement to profit, services, or compensation.

3. Limitation of Liability

3.1. The Foundation makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information on the Site but does not guarantee its completeness or error-free nature.

4. Donations and Payments (Including Cryptocurrencies)

4.2. The Foundation shall not be liable for:

  • irreversibility of cryptocurrency transactions;
  • fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates;
  • third-party fees.

4.3. The User bears sole responsibility for the accuracy of payment execution.

5. AML / KYC and Compliance

5.1. The Foundation complies with legal requirements related to:

  • anti-money laundering (AML);
  • counter-terrorist financing (CFT);
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

5.2. In this regard, the Foundation reserves the right to:

  • verify the identity of donors;
  • request documents and Source of Funds information;
  • analyze transactions, including cryptocurrency transactions (using blockchain analytics);
  • refuse donations or block transactions;
  • disclose information to competent authorities where required by law.

5.3. The Foundation shall not be liable for any delays or restrictions resulting from AML/KYC compliance.

6. Fraud and Phishing

6.1. The Foundation shall not be liable for fraudulent activities of third parties, including:

  • phishing websites;
  • fake domains;
  • unauthorized communications.

6.2. The Foundation:

  • does not request passwords or sensitive data through unofficial channels;
  • does not guarantee the security of third-party resources.

6.3. The User is responsible for verifying the authenticity of communications.

7. Third Parties and External Services

  • payment providers;
  • cryptocurrency services;
  • AML/KYC service providers.

7.2. The Foundation does not control and is not responsible for:

  • their activities;

9.2. The User is solely responsible for:

  • protection of access to their payment instruments or crypto wallets.

10.2. The updated version becomes effective upon publication on the Site.

11. Governing Law

This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be resolved by competent courts of Estonia, including courts located in Tallinn.
